Construction of BHC in PD 03, Masoom Abad Village in Zaranj City of Nimruz
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) office in Kandahar invites interested companies for Construction of BHC in PD 03, Masoom Abad Village in Zaranj City of Nimruz Province. Please submit your quotation through WAVE system by mentioned date and time in RFQ.
- Participation in the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit is mandatory
- Pre-Bid Meeting: will be held at 02:00 PM, 4th of May 2026 in IOM Nimroz Transit Center, Nmroiz Office beside Zarang University on 60 meters road, Nimroz Province where all details of the project will be discussed.
- Site Visit: will be held at 10:00 AM, 5th of May 2026 in Masoomabad Village, Nimroz Province.
For coordination of the pre-bid meeting and site visit, companies are required to send an email to iomkandaharprocurement@iom.int, introducing their technical representative (including full name and Tazkira number) who will attend the meeting. The email must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the pre-bid meeting.
The deadline for requesting clarifications is 09 May 2026, before 04:00 PM (Kabul time). All clarification requests should be sent via email to: iomkandaharprocurement@iom.int
Currency: All prices must be quoted in Afghani (AFN)
Quotation Validity: Quotations must remain valid for a period of 120 days after the quotation submission deadline.
- Bid Security Requirements
A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount must be submitted along with the bid documents. Any bid submitted without the required bid security will be automatically rejected.
The bid security must remain valid for a minimum of 150 days.
The bid security will be rejected under the following conditions:
- If the amount is less than 2% of the total bid value
- If it is not properly signed and stamped using the bank’s original template
- If it is not an original document
- If it is not valid for at least 30 days beyond the bid validity period
Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the expiration of the bid validity period.
Note: Bid Security Should be submitted electronically with the solicitation application, and the original copy should be submitted to IOM Kandahar Sub Office in Kandahar, or you can also submit in IOM Kabul Office.
- For the Administrative Evaluation the vendor should submit the following documents with their online quote submission in the Administrative Evaluation Part.
- Completed Price Schedule/BOQ, Mandatory Digital/scanned signature and stamped in PDF and Excel format.
- Signed and stamped Vendor Information Sheet and UN Code of Conduct (Mandatory stamp each page)
- Signed and Stamped Declaration of Conformity (Mandatory Digital/scanned signature and stamped in PDF)
- Valid Business License (Afghanistan)
- Bid Security/Bank Guarantee
- Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit Report
Note: Vendors who fail to submit any of the required documents listed above will be automatically disqualified.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Service Provider/s of the ground for IOM action.
IOM is neither requesting nor receiving any amount for any purpose by cash from bidders.
