ITB for the Supply of Design and Tailoring, Vegetable Farming and Food Processing Toolkit Items

Help Humanity Organization of Afghanistan (HHOA), with funding from UNESCO and the Government of Canada, invites qualified Afghan-registered companies to submit bids for the supply and delivery of vocational training toolkits under the Skills Development and Literacy (SDL) program. The procurement includes tailoring and embroidery toolkits, as well as vegetable farming and food processing toolkits, aimed at enhancing livelihood opportunities.

The project will be implemented in Logar Province (Pul-i-Alam, Khoshi, Mohammad Agha, and Baraki Barak districts) and Balkh Province (Dawlat Abad, Kaldar, and Sholgara districts).

The bidding process follows an Open National Competition (ONC) using a one-envelope submission method, with a submission deadline of 20 May 2026. Bidders must meet all eligibility, technical, and financial requirements as outlined in the bidding documents, with delivery expected within 21 days of contract award under DAP terms.
