AUB seeks to engage a qualified and experienced external party to perform an assessment of its post-conversion developed shari’ah compliant products, contracts, and operations, governance framework, and legacy portfolio treatment following conversion.
By outsourcing this audit to a specialized firm, AUB aims to:
