Job Summary

  • Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide direct nursing care according to established standards and protocols.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare staff.
  • Prepare and provide shift handover reports.
  • Educate patients and family members regarding care plans and treatment.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid nursing license/certification.
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and emergency response procedures.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
