Tal Waddan Consultancy Services (TWCS), in partnership with UNICEF, is offering a free vocational training and internship program for 1,000 young men and women (aged 15–24) across Kandahar, Helmand, and Nimroz provinces under the Youth Skills and Livelihoods Program. The program provides 4 months of free professional technical training followed by a 2-month internship placement in the private sector, concluding with an official certificate of completion.

Training is offered across the following three skill areas and specific skills:

Skill Area 1 – Early Childhood Education (ECE) Workforce

·        Early Childhood Education Facilitation and Teaching

Skill Area 2 – Digital Technology

·        Graphic Design

·        Digital Marketing and Research Strategies

·        E-commerce

Skill Area 3 – Climate Resilience and Green Jobs

·        Solar System Installation and Maintenance

·        Water Purification and Conservation

What Participants Will Receive:

·        4 months of free professional and technical training

·        2 months of practical internship in the private sector

·        Official certificate upon successful program completion

·        Professional mentorship and expert support throughout the program

Training Delivery Method:

·       Female Participants: Training will be held online.

·       Male Participants: Training will be held in person in classrooms.
