Children Support Relief Organization (CSRO), a national NGO working to expand access to education and support vulnerable children in Afghanistan. CSRO operates in Maidan Wardak, Logar, and Badghis provinces, with a strong focus on creating safe and inclusive learning opportunities for children, particularly girls, in underserved communities.
Through its education programme, CSRO currently supports 21 community-based girls’ schools across Maidan Wardak, Logar, and Badghis provinces, reaching more than 3,300 students. The initiative is implemented by 57 female teachers, helping ensure that girls can continue their education in environments where access to schooling remains limited. By investing in girls’ education and strengthening the role of female educators, CSRO is helping sustain learning opportunities at the community level and support long-term development outcomes.
