· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
· Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in construction supervision or owner's representative roles.
· Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, or manufacturing facility construction is highly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, foundations, roads, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
· Thorough understanding of construction methods, quality control procedures, and engineering standards.
· Familiarity with international building codes and applicable local regulations.
· Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
· Experience monitoring contractor performance, project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
· Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on construction sites.
· Ability to identify construction risks, recommend corrective actions, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (such as MS Project or Primavera P6) is an advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
· Professional engineering registration or certification is an advantage.
