Job Summary

Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and implementation of the project in the province under direct supervision program manager, the Project Coordinator will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. The Project Coordinator will act as the central point of communication for all project stakeholders and must be able to effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Developing detailed project plan for each activity and track the progress.

·       Coordinate and implement project activities, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

·       Coordinate internal resources and ensure third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

·       Maintain effective and overall communication with donors for effective coordination and ensuring quality implementation.

·       Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients, and provide regular project status updates.

·       Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that action items are completed.

·       Manage project documentation; including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.

·       Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.

·       Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and provide regular updates to the program manager.

·       Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirement:

·       Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (preference given to masters)

·       3+ years of experience in project management/project coordination or a related role

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work independently and lead the team.

Ability to travel to districts of project provinces.
