Afghanistan Development and Welfare Services Organization (ADWSO), an Afghan Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) operates in Afghanistan since 2008.  ADWSO’s priority sector areas are Child Protection, Livelihood Support, Vocational Training, Women Empowerment, Capacity Building and Rule of Law.

As part of the grant application process, the CVs of shortlisted candidates will be included in our submission to the funding body to demonstrate the quality and readiness of our proposed team. All offers of employment will be formally extended only upon final grant approval.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct visits from the susceptible communities where to identify the most vulnerable families and children encountering with risk for cash intervention.

·       Register the cases/individuals based on the predetermined criteria selection for cash support in collaboration the CPAN, social workers, community and project team

·       Ensure proper recording of the identified cases and share progress with the internal and external project stakeholder

·       Prepare performance data on number of cases identified and record the continuously

·       Communicate regularly the progress reports of the identification and registration of cases with the database officers

·       Discuss emerging issue on identification of the target communities and address risk associated consciously

·       Ensure that target is met and communicate challenges and issue on timely manner with the project supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirement:

·       Bachelor's degree in related field.

·       At least 1-2 years working experience with private sectors and NGOs.

·       Good communication skills

·       Keen interest and enthusiasm in working for and with children

·       Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in national languages Ability of writing and reading of English language

·       Ability to travel to the districts and villages with local means of transportation

·       Basic knowledge of computer and MS office package.

·       High School diploma is must, bachelor will be preferred

·       Prior experience in data entry and data management.
