Job Summary

Job Overview:

An HR Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing administrative and clerical. They perform in various HR functions, processing, and initiatives to ensure efficient and effective HR operations within an organization.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·       Job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

·       Communication with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.

·       Organizing and conducting employee orientation program.

·       Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronically and in hard copy.

·       Manage personal files and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirement.

·       Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.

·       Compile and analyze HR data for various reports and metrics.

·       Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

·       Resolving minor employee’s issues and grievances under HR guidance.

·       Managing time and attendance systems and resolving related inquires.

·       Support in tracking attendance, leaves, and working hours of employees.

·       Providing general administration support to the HR team, including scheduling meeting, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

·       Any other task that assigned by the HR manager.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relate field or equivalent work experience.

·       Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

·       Proficient in using HR software, Micro Office, and other relevant tools.

·       Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

·       High level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive HR matters.
