Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the factory’s departments and offices, ensuring effective supervision, performance evaluation, coordination, and operational alignment.

2.     Ensure the effective implementation, compliance, and monitoring of administrative regulations, organizational policies, and internal procedures across the factory.

3.     Oversee the management and proper utilization of the factory’s buildings, administrative offices, assets, equipment, and related facilities to ensure efficient operations and effective resource management.

4.     Lead, manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the departments under the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.

5.     Manage and supervise employee recruitment, performance evaluation, and disciplinary processes.

6.     Ensure the implementation of standards related to employee salaries, compensation, and benefits.

7.     Develop structured working procedures between workers and administrative officials.

8.     Effectively participate in the preparation, control, and monitoring of the factory’s administrative budget.

9.     Closely monitor the storage, safekeeping, distribution, and maintenance of office materials, supplies, and equipment.

10.  Ensure the secure custody, maintenance, and proper recording of the factory’s properties, contracts, and other official documents.

11.  Establish and coordinate effective working and administrative relationships with government authorities and relevant organizations.

12.  Establish and enforce effective administrative discipline to maintain overall order, cleanliness, and hygiene within the factory.

13.  Manage and supervise the internal and external relations of the factory in an organized and effective manner.

14.  Represent the factory in selected official meetings and events.

15.  Manage and supervise official correspondence with clients, government institutions, and other relevant organizations.

16.  Manage and supervise the proper handling and resolution of complaints.

17.  Provide regular reports on the administrative status of the factory to relevant senior authorities.

18.  Actively participate in the development of the factory’s annual administrative plan and strategy

19.  Conduct regular evaluations of administrative activities and develop recommendations for improvements.

20.  Develop and implement effective response measures to address challenges and ensure the proper management of emergency situations.

21.  Carry out other assigned duties and responsibilities as directed by authorized management officials.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business, Administration and Management, or other related fields. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.

·       Work Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in administrative affairs, preferably within production/manufacturing organizations.

·       Having work experience in public administration and project management.

·       Complete familiarity with financial laws and regulations.

·       Ability to analyze administrative conditions.

·       Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

·       Accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative activities.

·       Coordination with all administrative departments.

·       Languages: Full proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English.
