To All Interested Bidders:

Cordaid Afghanistan, requests the qualified suppliers to submit bids for supply and delivery of family hygiene and dignity kits for Herat province listed on the financial bid form (annex A1) titled ‘HRT-ITB-07/06/2026 as part of project P.307-2024-004: Multi-sector emergency assistance for vulnerable population affected by protracted crisis in Herat, Afghanistan.

For the Family Hygiene(170 Package) and Dignity (585 Package) Kits to Herat Province, Guzara, Rabat Sangi and Pashtoon Zarghoon Districts. You should submit one original of the Financial Bid Form. On the same form you also must indicate your stock availability and the delivery period. Your bid should be sealed (signed & stamped) in an envelope, clearly marked ‘ITB No. [HRT-ITB-07/06/2026] and delivered to the address above.

The deadline for receipt of your quotation is 4:30 PM Kabul local time 05-July-2026 at Cordaid Kabul Office, House no. 48, Street no. 06, Qalai Fatullah, Digital Number 0202204975 Kabul-Afghanistan.

Your quotation should be submitted as per the following instructions.

BID SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

You are kindly requested to submit your bid for supply and delivery of family hygiene and dignity kits for Herat province in accordance to the instructions explained below:

a) Please make sure to have the financial bid form (annex A1) filled, duly signed and stamped

b) Please make sure to read & have the General Purchasing Terms & Conditions (annex A2) duly signed and stamped

c) Please make sure to have the declaration for candidates’ tenderers (annex A3) filled, duly signed and stamped

d) Please make sure to read & have the anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering policy (annex A4) duly signed & stamped

Please note that the contract will be awarded to the lowest bid technically compliant and matching the set specifications and criteria.

Each supplier is permitted to submit only one bid. Individuals or entities holding multiple business licenses or operating more than one company may also submit only one bid. Any attempt to submit multiple bids, whether directly or through affiliated businesses, will result in the disqualification of all related bids.
