Procurement Details
ACGF – Afghan Credit Guarantee Foundation invites qualified and independent audit firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the External Audit of Component 1 of the EMERGE Project (ARTF Grant No. TF0C4421), funded by the World Bank through the Afghanistan Resilience Trust Fund (ARTF).
The assignment covers a reasonable assurance engagement under ISA 800 for the audit period April 2024 – June 2026. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) method, in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations.
Interested firms are invited to review the full Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) and Terms of Reference (ToR) attached below and submit their EOI to d.jobmann@acgf.de by June 28, 2026 at 18:00 CET.
