Organization Of Human Welfare (OHW) is seeking financial and technical proposal from qualified financial service provider (FSP) for the procurement of below services with Reference Number.

Technical & Financial proposals for cash distribution

Details:

Interested service providers are invited to download and review the attached document containing detailed cash distribution and submit RFPs in Afghan currency (Afghani). RFPs should be provided in hard copy in sealed envelopes and must be accompanied by an updated copy of the supplier's business license, AFN bank account details, email address and contact#.

Submission Deadline:

All RFPs must be submitted in hard copy on or before 27-June-2026, at 4:00 PM Kabul Time at the OHW offices located at Street #07, House #08, District 10, Taimani, Kabul, Afghanistan and In front of Atta Academy, District # 1, part # 2, House No. 722, Jalalabad/Afghanistan. (Electronic submissions will not be accepted.)
