AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Services - Afghanistan) is seeking Bids from qualified suppliers for the procurement of below package.

1- Procurement of Diesel, Bamiyan Regional Office Vehicles/Ambulance and Bamiyan Provincial Hospital (Generators, Boilers, Incinerators and Vehicles)

2- Reference No.: AKHS/BMN/2026/NCB/G-002

Details:

Interested suppliers are invited to download and review the attached ITT (Invitation to Tender) document containing the required information about the process. Bids should be provided in hard copy in one sealed envelope (Technical and Financial) and should be accompanied by required support documents (bid security, Bank Statement/Letter of Credit and Copy of similar Contract). A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained by interested eligible bidders in flash-disk from the at the AKHS-A Bamiyan Regional Office, Bamiyan Center , Dashti Esa Khan.

Submission Deadline:

All Bids must be submitted in Hard Copy on or before 30/June/2026, at 10:00 am Kabul time at the AKHS-A Bamiyan Regional Office, Bamiyan Center , Dashti Esa Khan. (electronic submission shall not be accepted)

A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained by interested eligible bidders in flash-disk from the AKHS-A office from address mentioned above.
