OWE's Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Purchase of Essential Equipment/Assets only once in (Kunduz Province), therefore, all interested Kabul Market Suppliers are kindly requested to submit their company’s quotation via courier (hand delivery) to OWE Kabul Main Office until June 30, 2026, before 04:00 PM or via official email (procurement@owe.org.af). The quotation received after the aforementioned date and time will not be accepted by OWE the procurement Committee.
Please make sure you accurately prepare the quotation and that there are no mistakes in your quotation. After submission, no excuses will be accepted for the correction of unit prices in your quotation. Make sure you mention the manufacturer company’s names and builds for each quoted item.
