INFRA-CLI- Construction of (Hybrid Modality) PW in 5 Community in Samangan province

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites interested and eligible vendors to submit quotation for INFRA-CLI- Construction of (Hybrid Modality) PW in 5 Community (Sohbat,Lab Ab Bala, Sohbat Pas Kocha, Nawabad Langar and Sadmarda at Roe Doab, Feroz Nakhcheer and khuram wa Sarbagh districts) of Smangan Province.

The deadline for electronic submission of quotations is through the WAVE system by 14 Jul 2026, on or before 05:00 PM MZR local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Vendors must submit their quotations online via the WAVE system. To receive the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and submit a response, vendors are required to register their company in the IOM/WAVE system in advance via links listed below.

In case you encounter technical difficulties while submitting through WAVE, please take a snapshot (screenshot) of the issue and submit your quotation documents through the alternative method by sending the scanned version of your complete bid to the email address below.

The Quotation Currency Should be in AFN.

Only local companies are eligible for this bidding

Quotation validity period should be 120 Calander days after quotation deadline.

Partial quote: not permitted.

Clarifications: Requests for clarification from bidders will not be accepted any later than 09-July-2026 at 04:30pm.

Evaluation method: The contract will be awarded to substantially technically compliance offeror and full compliance with all requirements as specified in Annex 1&2 and technical criteria.

Delivery Time: Bidder shall deliver the works upon the contract/construction agreement award and in coordination with the INFRA working plan and will be shared after contract award, please confirm the delivery lead time in your quotation documents or you can advise your own delivery lead time in your quotation document.

Delivery Location: Lab Ab Bala Gabion PW, Sohbat Pas Kocha stone masonry PW, Nawabad Langar stone masonry PW and Sadmarda Gabion PW, , Roe Doab , Feroz Nakhcheer and Khuram wa Sarbagh districts of Samangan province-Afghanistan

Please note filling, signing and stamping and sending in un-editable template the following attached Annex's along with other required documents mentioned in the RFQ in mandatory

Payment terms: The payment will be done in two installments, after completion of 50% works the first installment will be released. after work completion of 100% the second installment 40% payment will be released. the 10% retention from the total contract amount will be kept as project warranty for one year

Payment method: bank transfer only

Taxation: All prices should be exclusive of VAT and other indirect TAXES.
