Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
A. Clinical Duties
- Perform emergency and elective trauma surgeries.
- Lead trauma resuscitation teams in critical cases.
- Oversee patient management from admission to discharge.
- Mentor trauma care unit .
B. Administrative & Leadership Duties
- Operational Management:
- Manage TCC staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive initiatives to reduce surgical complications and wait times.
- Coordinate with PPHD and regional Hospital and other referal sites.
- Facilitate trauma training workshops.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Medical Credentials:
- MD/MBBS with specialization certification in General Surgery.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in trauma surgery, including 2+ years in management .
- Proven record in managing high-volume trauma centers.
- Expertise in advanced surgical techniques (e.g., damage control surgery).
