Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction operations and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, labor teams, and site staff to ensure seamless workflow and address operational challenges.
- Assist with site surveying, layout, and measurement tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including labor attendance, material usage, and progress tracking.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and enforce adherence to safety and engineering standards.
- Report construction issues, risks, or delays promptly to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
- Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper handling, servicing, and maintenance of machinery.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering input during on-site discussions.
- Assist in managing site materials, resources, and logistics to avoid work interruptions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in site engineering or construction project supervision.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of civil works, site management, and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents.
- Competency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in remote or challenging field conditions.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
