Job Description:
- Conduct structured and semi-structured interviews with healthcare providers, nurses, and laboratory personnel.
- Extract patient data from medical records using standardized tools (including demographics, symptoms, treatments, lab results, and outcomes).
- Ensure strict ethical compliance and maintain confidentiality in all data collection processes.
- Coordinate closely with hospital focal points, the principal investigator, and the central research team.
- Accurately enter and regularly submit collected data using the provided templates or mobile applications.
- Attend training sessions and follow-up meetings as required.
- Provide weekly updates and a final summary report of data collection activities in the assigned province.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technology, public health, nursing, medicine, or a related health science field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data collection, research, or healthcare service delivery.
- Familiarity with infectious diseases, especially hemorrhagic fevers, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with healthcare professionals and patients’ families.
- Knowledge of the local language of the province and basic English skills.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and maintaining data confidentiality.
- Residing in or willing to work full-time in the assigned province.
