Afghanistan Development National Organization  is a non-government, nonpolitical and non-profit organization its main area of work is community development including training/Capacity Building, advocacy and civil society, support to formal and non-formal education, emergency and income generation through implementing various skill trainings with participatory approaches Afghanistan Development National Organization  was Founded 2009 in Afghanistan, in General Afghanistan Development National Organization working with Afghan Society to improve their Development Skills. And Endeavoring for a peaceful, developed, and prosperous Afghanistan and the world where all vulnerable populations have equal rights, access to essential resources, and a life free from discrimination, poverty and violence.

Purpose of the Role:

Lead training and capacity building for SBC interventions in WASH and emergency response (AWD, measles, floods). Ensure quality implementation of community engagement, feedback mechanisms, and referral pathways.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SBC/WASH/emergency training packages and TOTs.
• Prepare presentations and job aids; provide field coaching and supportive supervision.
• Establish and manage feedback channels (helpdesks, hotlines, suggestion boxes).
• Ensure timely response and documentation of community feedback.
• Maintain referral directories, train staff on safe and confidential referrals.
• Monitor referral completion and compliance with safeguarding standards.
• Conduct pre/post assessments and quality checks.
• Document lessons learned and contributed to reports.
• Ability to coordinate with clusters (WASH, RCCE) and government counterparts
• Experience in adapting SBC materials for low-literacy audiences and local languages.

1.ST/SGB/2003/13 United Nations Secretary-General’s Bulletin and Special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA)

• In the light of different reports and the statement of UN Secretary General regarding PSEA and in order to take prevention measures, Afghanistan Development National Organization strictly applies the PSEA guidance and policy to all of its staff, daily wagers, contractors, consultants, volunteers, vendors, beneficiary, etc. All Afghanistan Development National Organization associates are advised to avoid any kind of sexual exploitation (SEA) and abuse of any kind while working together with Afghanistan Development National Organization. Involvement in any form of SEA and violation of any set guideline in relation to SEA is prohibited.
• Afghanistan Development National Organization shall track and get information on involvement in SEA or corruption about the candidates who apply to Afghanistan Development National Organization and Afghanistan Development National Organization adopts zero tolerance policy on SEA and corruptions.
• As a humanitarian agency, Afghanistan Development National Organization strictly adheres to humanitarian Data Sharing Protocol (DSP) applied in Afghanistan. The sharing of data of any type of anyone associated to Afghanistan Development National Organization (Beneficiary detail, survey, assessment, reports, internal matters, confidential documents, etc. is prohibited and will require senior management approval to make sure the sharing is in line with Do NO HARM principles, DSP and Afghanistan Development National Organization data sharing policy

Data sharing

 Media participation

No Afghanistan Development National Organization staff can participate in any media talks, interviews, debates, information sharing in social media or in any other media. No staff can represent any Afghanistan Development National Organization activities at any media platforms without Afghanistan Development National Organization management permission

• Bachelor’s/master’s in public health, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in SBC/WASH programming; 3+ years in training roles.
• Experience in RCCE, emergency response, and community feedback systems.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
