Job Description:
Purpose of the Role:
Lead training and capacity building for SBC interventions in WASH and emergency response (AWD, measles, floods). Ensure quality implementation of community engagement, feedback mechanisms, and referral pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver SBC/WASH/emergency training packages and TOTs.
- Prepare presentations and job aids; provide field coaching and supportive supervision.
- Establish and manage feedback channels (helpdesks, hotlines, suggestion boxes).
- Ensure timely response and documentation of community feedback.
- Maintain referral directories, train staff on safe and confidential referrals.
- Monitor referral completion and compliance with safeguarding standards.
- Conduct pre/post assessments and quality checks.
- Document lessons learned and contributed to reports.
- Ability to coordinate with clusters (WASH, RCCE) and government counterparts
- Experience in adapting SBC materials for low-literacy audiences and local languages.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/master’s in public health, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years in SBC/WASH programming; 3+ years in training roles.
- Experience in RCCE, emergency response, and community feedback systems.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
