Job Description:

Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional / Area Sales Manager to manage and grow the sales operations of our showroom in the assigned region of Afghanistan. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the two-wheeler market, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to increase showroom sales through effective customer engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and regional sales targets through effective showroom management and customer-focused selling strategies.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region to expand customer base and market presence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, dealers, and business partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor sales activities, analyze performance trends, and report results to the management team.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Support and conduct on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team for local advertisement and product awareness drives.
  • Dealer Network Management: Manage existing dealers and assist in developing new partnerships to boost regional sales performance.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the two-wheeler market (motorcycle or related industry experience is highly required and preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Afghan market and local business culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
