The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. NAC works in the following sectors: Education, Gender and Human Rights, Governance and Civil Society, Health, Food Security, Job Creation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation. NAC’s vision is that NAC shall contribute to an Afghanistan free of poverty where equality, democracy, human rights and respect serve as the bases for political action and development.

The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌های عمده

 (MIYCN) انجام مناسب نظارت بر رشد و پیشرفت تغذیه کودکان زیر دو سال بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های تغذیه مادر، نوزاد و کودک

ارائه مشاوره تغذیه‌ای به مادران و کودکان زیر دو سال

  (Growth Monitoring and Promotion - GMP)اندازه‌گیری، ثبت و پیگیری قد، وزن، سن  کودکان زیر دو سال در روند نظارت بر رشد

 MIYCN تشویق مادران در صورت داشتن رشد طبیعی کودک و مشاوره برای ادامه مراقبت‌های تغذیه ‌ای طبق دستورالعمل‌های

ارجاع کودکان مبتلا به سوء تغذیه شدید به نرس تغذی تغذیه برای درمان و مشاوره مناسب

اندازه‌گیری محیط بازوی (MUAC) کودکان ۶ تا ۵۹ ماهه

برگزاری نمایش‌های ماهانه در مورد تهیه غذاهای مفید مغذی و غذای متمم

اندازه‌گیری MUAC، وزن و قد مادران شیرده و ارزیابی وضعیت تغذیه‌ای آنها (طبیعی، سوء تغذیه، چاقی) از مراقبت‌های پس از زایمان (PNC) تا زمان تغذیه با شیر مادر

تهیه گزارش‌های تغذیه ‌ای و مواد مرتبط برای کودکان سوء تغذیه شده که توسط سازمان‌های بین‌المللی توزیع می‌شود

شرکت در جلسات ماهانه با کارکنان جامعه (CHSs و CHWs) و شریک سازی معلومات درباره غیبت‌ها  و غیر حاظری ها در بخش تغذیه

شرکت فعال در همه جلسات داخلی، نشست‌ها و برنامه‌های آموزشی خدماتی

تقویت هماهنگی با تمامی کارکنان، شوراهای صحی و نهادهای مربوطه

رعایت معیارات، نظم و اخلاق طباب

انجام سایر وظایف مرتبط طبق دستورسپروایزر

الزامات آشنایی با زبان‌ها، در صورت نیاز

تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور ( دری و پشتو)  و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی

تجربۀ کاری

فارغ از رشته نرسنگ یا قابلگی و تجربه در بخش مشاور تغذی

برای اشخاص که فارغ از رشته تغدی باشند ارجعیت داده میشود

داشتن مهارت افهام وتفهیم

دو سال تجربه دربخش مشاوره تغذی
