Organizational Overview:
- ECOH employs over 160 full-time staff, including medical and public health specialists, program managers, M&E officers, and administrative personnel.
- ECOH operates in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan, with both urban and remote rural coverage, including high-need areas such as Khost, Logar, Nangarhar, Bamyan, Herat, and others.

Job Description:
- Relevant academic qualifications and professional experience for the applied position.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the relevant field (depending on the role).
- Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; English proficiency preferred for technical positions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in challenging and remote environments while adhering to humanitarian principles.
