Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institute or secondary education (with minimum two years of nursing).
At least 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience (clinical or community-based).
Strong knowledge of basic nursing processes, patient care, and health education.
Ability to work respectfully with women, children, and vulnerable groups.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow organizational guidelines.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professional conduct.
Willingness to work in field settings within the assigned province.
