• Ensure quality assurance and quality control for construction projects

• Provide close supervision of building works, with strong focus on HVAC systems, especially related to WASH facilities

• Supervise construction of WASH structures including water supply systems, sanitation facilities, drainage, and related infrastructure

• Monitor compliance of works with approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and standards

• Inspect materials, workmanship, installation, and testing on site

• Review and implement QA/QC plans, method statements, and inspection checklists

• Carry out site measurements, quantity take-offs, and site estimations

• Prepare and review variation orders, claims, and supporting documents

• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical and quality-related issues

• Prepare all required project reports including daily, weekly, monthly progress and QA/QC reports

• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ASTM, ACI, IBC, ASHRAE, and relevant codes

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in construction supervision

• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems in buildings, particularly for WASH facilities (mandatory)

• Proven experience in supervision of WASH-related construction works

• Good knowledge of site estimation, quantity surveying, and variation preparation

• Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and construction standards

• English language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation in English

• Willingness to work on site and travel to project locations
