Job Description:
ACSO is seeking qualified and committed felmale Vaccinators to support immunization activities in Kabul and Kandahar provinces. The Vaccinators will be responsible for delivering safe and effective vaccination services to targeted populations, contributing to disease prevention and the improvement of community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer vaccines according to national guidelines and organizational protocols

Maintain vaccine quality through proper cold chain management

Accurately record vaccination data and complete required reports

Provide basic health education and information to beneficiaries and caregivers

Follow infection prevention and control standards at all times

Coordinate with supervisors, health teams, and community leaders during vaccination activities

Participate in outreach campaigns and routine immunization services as required
Job Requirements:

Certificate or diploma in nursing, midwifery, or a related health field

Prior experience in vaccination or immunization programs is preferred

Knowledge of safe injection practices and cold chain management

Ability to work in community settings and as part of a team

Strong communication skills and respect for cultural sensitivities

Willingness to work in assigned districts of Kabul or Kandahar provinces
