•    Monitor and safeguard office premises, facilities, and staff to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
•    Control access to the premises by checking identification, permits, or visitor logs.
•    Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or breaches of security.
•    Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents and take appropriate action, including contacting emergency services if necessary.
•    Maintain accurate records of daily security activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
•    Ensure that gates, doors, and other access points are secured according to organizational protocols.
•    Provide assistance and directions to staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
•    Observe and enforce safety and security regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
•    Report any maintenance or safety issues related to the premises to the supervisor.
•    Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

•    Education: High School diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
•    Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in security, guarding, or related roles is an advantage.
•    Skills: Knowledge of basic security procedures, access control, and emergency response protocols.
•    Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to provide clear instructions and guidance.
