AABRAR is a local Afghan non-government organization concerned with the rehabilitation and socioeconomic integration of disabled people and other vulnerable groups into the community.

Founded in 1992, AABRAR began a bicycle-training program for amputees to improve mobility and increase their independence, enabling them to travel to and from work, and save on transportations costs. Since then, AABRAR has expanded its activities to offer a range of services to vulnerable people, designing special programs for women and children to address their needs. Programs include physiotherapy and health care, bicycle training, vocational trainings, numeracy and literacy classes, mine awareness, Education, health education, Livelihood, WASH and various sporting activities. AABRAR also works in the area of social development, helping to raise awareness of the rights of disabled people within Afghanistan and dispel negative attitudes towards disability.

AABRAR has widened its beneficiary classification to include other vulnerable groups such as widows, orphans, unemployed people, youth, ex-combatants, and street children, so as to reach those people most in need of assistance.

این فورم برای ثبت‌نام در برنامه آموزشی آنلاین لکتوریو–ابرار (Lecturio–AABRAR) تهیه شده است. این برنامه به مدت سه ماه برگزار می‌شود و آموزش‌ها از طریق پلتفرم آنلاین لکتوریو (Lecturio) ارائه می‌گردد. هدف این برنامه، افزایش دانش و مهارت‌های مسلکی نوجوانان و جوانان و فراهم ساختن فرصت‌های آموزش عملی و آمادگی برای کار می‌باشد.

This application form is for registration in the Lecturio–AABRAR Online Learning Program. The program will run for three months, and all learning activities will be delivered through the Lecturio online learning platform. The aim of this program is to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of young people while providing opportunities for practical learning and career readiness.

Selection Criteria

Nursing and Midwifery Online Learning Course for Youth Aged 15–24

Applicants for the Nursing and Midwifery Online Learning Course must meet the following eligibility requirements and participant’s commitment criteria:

A. Eligibility Requirements

1. Age
   The applicant must be between 15 and 24 years of age at the time of application.
2. Residency
   The applicant must be a resident of Bamyan or Daikundi Province.
3. Smartphone Access:
   The applicant must have regular access to a smartphone capable of accessing the online learning platform.
4. Digital Literacy
   The applicant should have basic familiarity with internet use, websites, and online learning platforms.
5. WhatsApp Access
   The applicant must have an active WhatsApp number/account for communication and course-related coordination.
6. Educational Background
   The applicant should have a basic educational background sufficient to participate effectively in the course. This includes:
• Male applicants: Completion of school or university education or Schools studies in progress.
• Female applicants: At least primary or secondary-level education.
7. Time Availability
   The applicant must have sufficient time and availability to regularly participate in the online course and complete the required learning activities.
8. Language Proficiency
   The applicant must be fluent in at least one of the local languages (Dari or Pashto).
9. Motivation
   The applicant should demonstrate motivation and interest in participating in the online learning program and applying the knowledge gained through the course.
10. Disability Inclusion
    Disable people who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.

B. Participant Commitment

Applicants must confirm their commitment to the following six requirements as part of the application process:

1. Accuracy of Information
   I confirm that I have provided true and accurate information in this application.
2. Active Participation
   I commit to actively participating in the course and regularly attending the scheduled learning sessions.
3. Completion of Learning Activities
   I commit to completing all required learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
4. Professional Conduct
   I commit to following the course rules and maintaining appropriate professional conduct throughout the program.
5. Application of Learning
   I commit to applying the knowledge and skills gained through the course to improve my work and contribute positively to my community.
6. Respectful Collaboration
   I commit to maintaining respectful and professional behavior toward my mentors and fellow participants and to providing appropriate support and cooperation to my mentors when required.

معیارهای انتخاب

دوره آموزش آنلاین نرسنگ و قابلگی برای جوانان ۱۵ تا ۲۴ ساله

متقاضیان دوره آموزش آنلاین نرسنگ و قابلگی باید شرایط واجد شرایط بودن و تعهدات ذیل را داشته باشند:

الف. شرایط واجد شرایط بودن

۱. سن
متقاضی باید در زمان ثبت‌نام بین ۱۵ تا ۲۴ سال سن داشته باشد.

۲. محل سکونت
متقاضی باید ساکن ولایت بامیان یا دایکندی باشد.

۳. دسترسی به گوشی هوشمند
متقاضی باید به‌صورت منظم به یک گوشی هوشمند دسترسی داشته باشد که قابلیت استفاده از پلتفرم آموزش آنلاین را داشته باشد.

۴. سواد دیجیتالی
متقاضی باید آشنایی ابتدایی با استفاده از اینترنت، وب‌سایت‌ها و پلتفرم‌های آموزش آنلاین داشته باشد.

۵. دسترسی به واتساپ
متقاضی باید دارای شماره/حساب فعال واتساپ برای ارتباطات و هماهنگی‌های مربوط به دوره باشد.

۶. پیشینه تحصیلی
متقاضی باید از سطح تحصیلی ابتدایی برخوردار باشد تا بتواند به‌صورت مؤثر در دوره اشتراک کند. این شامل موارد زیر می‌شود:

• متقاضیان مرد: تکمیل مکتب یا تحصیلات دانشگاهی، یا در حال ادامه تحصیل در مکتب/دانشگاه باشند.
• متقاضیان زن: حداقل دارای تحصیلات ابتدایی یا متوسطه باشند.

۷. وقت و دسترسی کافی
متقاضی باید وقت و فرصت کافی برای اشتراک منظم در دوره آنلاین و تکمیل فعالیت‌های آموزشی مورد نیاز داشته باشد.

۸. مهارت زبانی
متقاضی باید به حداقل یکی از زبان‌های محلی (دری یا پشتو) تسلط داشته باشد.

۹. انگیزه
متقاضی باید علاقه و انگیزه کافی برای اشتراک در برنامه آموزش آنلاین و استفاده از دانش به‌دست‌آمده از دوره را نشان دهد.

۱۰. شمولیت افراد دارای معلولیت
افراد دارای معلولیت که شرایط فوق را داشته باشند، به اشتراک در این برنامه تشویق می‌شوند.

ب. تعهدات اشتراک‌کننده

متقاضیان باید در جریان روند ثبت‌نام، تعهد خود را نسبت به موارد ذیل تأیید نمایند:

۱. صحت معلومات
من تأیید می‌کنم که تمام معلومات ارائه‌شده در این فورم درست و دقیق است.

۲. اشتراک فعال
من متعهد می‌شوم که به‌صورت فعال در دوره اشتراک نموده و در جلسات آموزشی تعیین‌شده به‌طور منظم حضور داشته باشم.

۳. تکمیل فعالیت‌های آموزشی
من متعهد می‌شوم که تمام فعالیت‌های آموزشی، وظایف و ارزیابی‌های مورد نیاز را تکمیل نمایم.

۴. رفتار مسلکی
من متعهد می‌شوم که قوانین دوره را رعایت نموده و در جریان برنامه رفتار مناسب و مسلکی داشته باشم.

۵. استفاده از آموخته‌ها
من متعهد می‌شوم که دانش و مهارت‌های به‌دست‌آمده از دوره را برای بهبود کار و سهم‌گیری مثبت در جامعه خود به کار ببرم.

۶. همکاری محترمانه
من متعهد می‌شوم که در برابر مربیان، راهنمایان و سایر اشتراک‌کنندگان رفتار محترمانه و مسلکی داشته باشم و در صورت نیاز، همکاری و حمایت لازم را با مربیان و راهنمایان ارائه نمایم.
