 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

Job Summary

1.     Act according MOVE organization policies and procedures.

2.     Responsible for overall management of M&E/HMIS and Nutrition activities of FHH Project,

3.     Ensure to produce accurate and timely information and project data and ensure the information are using for improving quality of services

4.     Assist the TM for preparing and follow up of Supervision and monitoring plans

5.     Ensure the checklist are used in the correct manner by supervisors and follow up of the finding through action plans.

6.     Responsible for preparing monthly technical activity report and submit for technical manager

7.     Ensure the service delivery, staffing, equipment availability, supply… are available base on need of project.

8.     Follow the Third-Party Monitoring requirements through supervision analysis and feedbacks

9.     Set up and follow up of HMIS -M&E system, performance indicators

10.  To have regular supervision and on the job training for FHHs for HMIS/M&E and Nutrition activities

11.  Data collection, data entry, data processing, analysis and reporting of HMIS and M&E/ nutrition and preparing the feedbacks.

12.  Ensure implementation of project deliverables achieved and coordinate with technical and PO teams.

13.  Responsible for Planning implementation and supervision of project HMIS and M&E activities.

14.  Ensure provision of HMIS Data entry and preparing of monthly and quarterly HMIS reports.

15.  Responsible for collecting, analysis of HMIS data, and donor required data in proper manner and provision of feedbacks to all FHHs.

16.  To ensure timely M&E and monthly, quarterly HMIS data reports to technical manager.

17.  Implement project M&E system based on organization policies in coordination with PO departments.

18.  To follow preparation and updating HFs monthly performance charts and overall project performance.

19.  Responsible to share the project performance results and collecting of photos with different departments.

20.  Attend all coordination meeting in relation of HMIS, project review and M&E.

21.   Support PM and TM and attend the provincial committees and joint monitoring.

22.  Responsible for staff and HFs performance review.

23.   Attend all HMIS taskforce meetings in provincial level and present the organization.

24.   Maintain good spirit of coordination between different sections for planning and follow up of HMIS and M&E activities.

Do whatever related job, is delegated by the supervisors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MD, public health.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E/HMIS and health projects.
  • Knowledge of field monitoring, supervision, and data management.
  • Good management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Dari.
  • Ability to work effectively in challenging field environments.
