Job Summary

• Administer, maintain, and support Linux operating systems across physical, virtual, and environments.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, secure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and related infrastructure.
• Manage system performance, availability, capacity, resource utilization, user access, services, file systems, and logs.
• Implement operating system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance best practices.
• Administer and support overall business continuity management, IT operations, security, and performance of data center infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain enterprise servers and storage systems across multiple platforms, technologies, and vendors.
• Install, configure, provision, and decommission servers and associated hardware components.
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, endpoints, software, and hardware.
• Provision, configure, and administer Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) environments.
• Ensure storage availability, performance, redundancy, capacity planning, backup, replication, and recoverability.
• Plan and execute operating system patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Administer and support Oracle Linux, Redhat, Ubuntu. and Windows Server platforms as required.
• Ensure systems remain secure, supported, documented, and compliant with organizational standards.
• Plan, develop, test, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.
• Perform scheduled backup reviews, restoration tests, and recovery exercises.
• Conduct routine audits of systems and backup processes and support achievement of defined recovery objectives.
• Perform proactive system health checks and infrastructure performance assessments.
• Analyze system logs, alerts, trends, and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues before service impact occurs.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including domain controllers, organizational units (OUs), users, groups, computers, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Administer Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory and related services, as assigned.
• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Administer and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, virtual machines, clusters, templates, and resource pools.
• Provision, configure, migrate, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual machines and VMware infrastructure to maintain high availability, performance, capacity, and security
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents and business-critical IT systems.
• Perform root cause analysis, document resolutions, and implement preventive actions where appropriate.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience.
