PC3175 Question and Answer

NCA Afghanistan has advertised a request for quotation for the supply and delivery of PC3175 Framework Agreement for Winterization Kits. Interested suppliers who have any questions that need clarification from NCA were invited to submit their questions at the latest by the 31st  of May 2026.

This communication is in response to the inquiries NCA received concerning Request for RFQ Ref PC3175. Below are the official responses, issued on 03rd OF June, 2026, per the deadline outlined in the RFQ. The window for submitting questions is now closed. The final date for submission of quotations is unchanged and remains 2nd June 2026.
