Renovation and Rehabilitation of 10 Schools in Parwan Province (26-Parwan-JENHO/UNICEF-RFQ#01-2026 )

JENHO intends to invite all potential construction companies to submit sealed quotations for the rehabilitation and renovation of ten public schools in Parwan Province. All the interested construction companies are kindly requested to submit the quotation and including the required documents to JENHO Kabul Office (House No# 19, between Street# 11-12, PD# 10, Taimani, Kabul) not later than 23 July, 2026 before 4:00 PM Afghanistan local time. JENHO procurement team will not consider quotation received after the time and date mentioned above.

All bidders are required to review the published Bills of Quantities (BoQs), technical drawings and other detailed specifications included in the RFQ package before preparing their submissions. Quotations must comply fully with the eligibility criteria, technical requirements and submission instructions and must be submitted before the deadline. The procurement will be conducted transparently and competitively in line with JENHO’s policies and donor requirements with JENHO reserving the right to accept or reject any quotation.
