The Rehabilitation Association and Agriculture Development for Afghanistan (RAADA) invites eligible logistics companies, veterinary pharmaceutical companies, and other qualified companies with valid, up-to-date business licenses and all required legal documents to participate in this tender process.

The specifications for Technical Specifications of Dewormer and Liver Fluke Medicine for Livestock Farmers Households are included in Appendix Form No#2 (attached to this announcement).

Tender closing date: 16th of July 2026 / 04:30 P.M. Afghanistan time.

Important Notice for Bidders

All eligible bidders must strictly follow the instructions below:

1. Essential Documents Needed for Tender Participation:

Interested bidders must download the attached appendix file (Technical Specifications of Dewormer and Liver Fluke Medicine for Livestock Farmers), which includes Form No#2 and all other required forms to be filled and submitted along the below mentioned documents in a sealed and stamped envelope to the RAADA main office.

· Copy of valid company license, which ACCI and Ministry of Industry and Commerce issues

· Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate

· Company tax clearance certificate for the last year (1404-Hijri)

· Company bank account details form

· Copy of NID cards of the company President and V. President.

· The company profile

· All the companies are asked to indicate their prices on the company letterhead

2. Attendance and Representation of Companies

· Participating companies must have an active head office or official representative in Herat city

· The presence of the company President or V. President is mandatory during bid submission.

· If unavailable, an authorized representative with an official authorization letter may attend.

3. Review of Bidding Documents

After downloading the attached appendix file from the website, bidders must carefully review all documents, specially Form No. 2, and other relevant forms included in the attached appendix file and ensure a full understanding of all requirements and conditions.

4. Preparation and Submission of Bids

· Bids must be prepared strictly according to the specifications and requirements in the attached appendix file

· All documents must be properly stamped and sealed

· Bid packages must be submitted before the deadline in the locked tender box at the RAADA main office.

5. Currency and Validity of Prices

· Prices must be quoted in Afghanis (AFN).

· Prices must remain valid for at least 45 calendar days.

6. Taxes and Duties

· All bids must comply with the tax laws and regulations of the Government of Afghanistan.

· Submitted prices must include all taxes, duties, clearance costs, and other related expenses.

7. Responsibility and Commitment of Companies

· All companies are fully responsible for their submitted bids.

· In case the selected company withdraws from the procurement process/contract without a valid justification subject to the review of the procurement committee, the company will be banned from RAADA procurement processes for 2 years.

8. Important Notes

· Incomplete, late, or unsealed bids will be rejected.

· Companies must have at least one contract with NGOs.

· The selected company must have more than one million AFN in the company’s bank account at the time of the contract
