The Modern Idea Educational Organization for Afghans Development (MIEOAD) hereby invites qualified banks, money service providers, and licensed money exchange businesses to submit their quotations for providing cash distribution services to the organization’s beneficiaries in three districts of Faryab Province, in accordance with the requirements, conditions, and locations specified in the bidding documents.

Interested service providers are requested to carefully review the bidding documents and submit their financial quotations and all required supporting documents in compliance with the specified requirements.

Applicants must demonstrate the necessary technical capacity, operational capability, and relevant experience to ensure the timely, transparent, secure, and efficient distribution of cash to beneficiaries. All services must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.

MIEOAD welcomes quotations from all eligible and qualified service providers.

All quotations must be submitted before the specified deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
