HealthNet TPO intends to procure Deisel Fuel for Paktia Regional Hospital ; therefore, all interested companies are kindly requested to submit their company’s quotaions to HealthNet TPO Kabul Office on 20-Oct- 2026 at or before 12:00 AM. HealthNet TPO procurement Committees will not accept quotations received after the aforementioned date and time.
