Marketing Manager

Taktaz Technologies is a leading provider of GPS tracking and location intelligence services in Afghanistan. We deliver advanced fleet management, asset tracking, and IoT-based solutions to government entities, logistics companies, NGOs, and private enterprises. As we scale our national footprint, effective collections and credit management are critical to our sustainability and growth.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing ones, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize marketing efforts.

Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google, CRM, etc.).
