Job Summary
Afghan German Bakhtar Railway Road Building Constriction company is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Finance Manager for its site project located in Gandi Kutal Yakawlang Bamyan. The ideal candidate must have strong financial management skills, experience with auditing procedures in Afghanistan law, and the ability to work independently under site conditions.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial and accounting activities at the project site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with head office management regarding financial matters.
Ensure compliance with Afghanistan financial regulations and audit requirements.
Handle payroll, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Prepare financial statements and reconciliation reports.
Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial transactions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certification in finance/accounting will be an advantage.
