Barlas Consulting Services has been active since 2018 in the fields of business consulting and professional capacity building, with a specialized focus on FIA/ACCA programs. The organization has recently expanded its mission and upgraded to Barlas Professional Development, Capacity Building, Financial and Administrative Consulting Services.

For the year 2026, BARLAS provides comprehensive training, financial, managerial and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) services to both individuals and international/national institutions, aiming to deliver practical, specialized, and professional programs that enhance organizational and individual capacity.

Job Summary:

BARLAS is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals to join its faculty as part-time instructors. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction for the FIA and ACCA papers. The goal is to provide students with a strong conceptual foundation while guiding them toward academic success and professional growth in the finance sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and interactive learning sessions for the following modules:
  • ACCA/FIA Papers 
• Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the latest ACCA syllabus.
• Guide learners through complex accounting and finance concepts to ensure exam readiness.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Deliver sessions that bridge the gap between theoretical syllabus content and real-world financial workflows.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of training materials and academic resources within the firm.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA qualification (partially or fully qualified) is highly preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience specifically in ACCA or professional accounting subjects.
• Technical Skills: Strong conceptual understanding of the ACCA/FIA syllabus and current international financial reporting standards.
• Professional Background: Practical work experience in accounting, finance, or consulting will be considered a strong positive advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Commitment: Ability to maintain a flexible part-time schedule and a professional teaching environment.
