Job Summary

About the Programme

Horizon Bridge Consulting (HBC) is offering a free digital skills training programme for young Afghans who want to learn practical skills and find work in the digital economy. The programme is fully funded by an international development partner. There is no cost to participants at any stage.

Job Requirements

What You Will Learn (څه مهارتونه به زده کړئ؟ \ چی مهارت های یاد میگیرد)

Choose ONE training track based on your interest:

  • Web Development & Coding (ویب سایت جوړول)

  Build websites and apps. Learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress.

  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation (بازاریابی دیجیتل)

  Manage social media, run ads, create graphics and videos.

  • E-Commerce & Online Freelancing (تجارت آنلاین و فریلنسینگ)

  Sell online through Amazon, Shopify, Instagram. Start your business.

  • Data Analytics & Bookkeeping (محاسبه و تحلیل دیتا)

  Excel, QuickBooks, data analysis. Do accounting for businesses.

  • AI Tools & Digital Services (ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی)

 Use AI tools for work, automation, virtual assistance.

What You Receive (چه چیزهایی دریافت می‌کنید/څه به تر لاسه کړئ)

·         4 months of expert-led training — in person (Kabul or Herat) or online from home

·         International certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, Amazon — recognised worldwide (گواهینامه‌های بین‌المللی - نړیوال پېژندل شوي سرټېفېکټونه)

·         Job and freelance support — job fairs, employer connections, freelance profile setup (حمایت شغلی)

·         Top performers receive paid internship placements with companies

·         Study materials and platform access included

All of this is free. You only need a phone or laptop with internet.

 

Who Can Apply (څوک ورته غوښتنلیک لېږلای شي/چه کسانی درخواست داده می‌توانند)

·         Afghan nationals aged 15 to 24 (سن ۱۵ الی ۲۴)

·         Can read and write

·         Has access to a phone or laptop with internet (own or borrowed)

·         Can attend training 4 days a week for 4 months

·         Lives in Afghanistan (Kabul, Herat, or any province for online track)
