Bookkeeper (Male Only-Night Shift)

Financial Record Keeping

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Ensure all financial records are properly documented, organized, and securely filed.

Accounts Management

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and receipts.

Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the preparation of financial summaries for management review and decision-making.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Maintain complete supporting documentation for all financial transactions.

Systems Management

• Maintain financial data using accounting software.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field  

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting and using QuickBooks Online.

Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and communication knowledge in English·        

Others: Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude, Cooperative and team-working skills, being flexible regarding working hours, Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
