Job Summary

1              Regular Responsibilities

·         Assist in providing welfare assistance to the deserving patients (Inpatient and Outpatient) based

·         on the patient financial evaluation form (PFE) and detailed counseling with the patient and their relatives.

·         Provide outpatient welfare assistance in the absence of the immediate supervisor in line with the institutional approval policies and procedures.

·         Assist in preparing the daily/log of welfare assistance provided to the patient and circulate the report to the various management staff.

·         Keep all the records of welfare assistance provided to the patient for future reference.

·         Assist inpatient’s admission and discharge as and when required

·         To take follow up and reevaluate and the patient’s financial issue while there is an increase in the length of Stay.

·         Any other relevant assignment assigned by the supervisor.  

2               Periodic Responsibilities

·         Assist in preparing the monthly log of welfare assistance provided to the patient and circulate the report to the various management staff.

·         Maintain Inpatient Welfare Logs against the Hospital charges through (IBMS-IN) System.

Job Requirements

 Knowledge and competencies (State skills, abilities & traits required)   

·         Good Communication, interpersonal Skills in Dari, Pashto and English Language.

·         Good Computer Skills, especially in MS Office Package.

·         Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
