Job Summary

Job Summary:
The Admin/Finance Officer is responsible for managing financial, administrative, procurement, and logistics activities of the organization. The position ensures proper financial record keeping, transparent procurement processes, effective logistics support, and smooth office administration in line with organizational and donor policies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain financial records, vouchers, and basic bookkeeping.

· Prepare financial reports and support budget tracking.

· Manage procurement processes including quotations and purchase documentation.

· Ensure transparent and cost-effective procurement in line with policies.

· Support logistics, asset management, and inventory control.

· Handle office administration, supplies, and filing systems.

· Assist in organizing meetings, travel, and project-related logistics.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, admin, or procurement.

· Strong knowledge of accounting software and procurement procedures.

· Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.
