Job Summary

  • 1.     Lead and oversee all SCOPE-related activities, including registration, verification, and updates of beneficiary data.

    2.     Coordinate with WFP, relevant partners, and project teams to ensure smooth rollout of SCOPE activities in line with program schedules.

    3.     Manage the beneficiary database within the SCOPE platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.

    4.     Support field teams in SCOPE registration processes, including biometric element (fingerprint/iris scan) and issuance of SCOPE cards or QR codes.

    5.     Verify beneficiary identities during distributions, using SCOPE devices or systems to confirm eligibility and attendance.

    6.     Train and support field staff and enumerators on the use of SCOPE tools, devices, and procedures.

    7.     Collect and consolidate beneficiary updates, such as household changes, loss of cards, or duplicate entries, and report them to WFP/SCOPE support units.

    8.     Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of SCOPE devices, including tablets, biometric kits, and data storage devices.

    9.     Troubleshoot SCOPE technical issues in the field and escalate unresolved problems to the WFP technical team as needed.

    10.  Monitor the quality and accuracy of data collected in the field and ensure compliance with WFP data protection standards.

    11.  Prepare and submit regular reports on registration and verification progress, challenges, and updates.

    12.  Work closely with distribution teams to ensure beneficiaries receive assistance in alignment with SCOPE data.

    13.  Ensure timely and secure transmission of collected data from field locations to central servers or WFP systems.

    14.  Participate in coordination meetings and training sessions related to digital registration, targeting, and distribution.

    15.  Address beneficiary queries and complaints regarding their registration status or SCOPE-related concerns, in coordination with the complaints and feedback team.

    16.  Maintain strong coordination with local authorities and community leaders, ensuring community awareness and support for registration processes.

    17.  Adhere to WASSA’s and WFP’s data protection, security, and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and respect for beneficiaries at all times.

Job Requirements

  1. University diploma in Computer Science
  2. Computer skills required particularly Microsoft Office (specially excel)
  3. Able to work under heavy pressure situation 
  4. Able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
  5. Ability to communicate with Pashto and Dari languages English language skill is asset.
  6. Hight Level of English language Typing.
  7. Showing good behavior and character with the community members and beneficiaries
  8. Strong communication skills required
  9. Should have a smartphone and ability to use smartphone
  10. Ability to travel to various districts in the respective provinces
