CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Responsible for developing and leading creative concepts, brand communications, marketing campaigns, events, digital and print materials, social media content, TVCs, and multimedia projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages projects from concept to final delivery, maintains brand consistency and provides creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and external productions/agencies. Provide regular reports to management covering project status, team workload, deadlines, challenges, budgets and upcoming priorities. Proactively identify potential delays and implement solutions to maintain efficient workflow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

·         A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related field is a plus point.

·         Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding and motion graphics.

·         Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

·         Experience in creating logos, brand identities, creative design, social media content, digital marketing materials, motion graphics and video animation projects.

·         Knowledge of video editing

·         Strong understanding of typography, layout design and branding guidelines.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·         Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

·         Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality creative work.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English (writing and speaking).
