Call for interest for vehicle rent

The aim of Première Urgence - Aide Médicale Internationale (PU-AMI) is to provide a comprehensive response to all the basic needs of populations affected by humanitarian crisis, from emergency until recovery of autonomy. PU-AMI's strategy is based on an integrated approach when defining projects with various medical and non-medical expertise. PU-AMI’s action is developed in partnership with the local communities, the authorities and the civil society.

This Call for Expression of Interest does not constitute a solicitation; PU-AMI want to select a roster of reliable companies who wish to work with us in the supply of our current and future humanitarian projects in Afghanistan. This selection will permit to simplify the process of supply and the collaboration between PU-AMI and its suppliers.

Vendors may indicate that they are interested to be considered for the supply of one or more of the requested supply and services fields, using the attached Vendor Registration form.

Detailed service and specifications will be included in the solicitation documents and will be in priority shared with the pre-qualified vendors included in PU-AMI roster. Submitting a reply to the CEI does not automatically guarantee receipt of the solicitation when issued.

The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest (CEI) is to provide PU-AMI with a list of pre-selected vendors who may be invited to provide offers in connection with projects implementation of PU-AMI in Afghanistan.

Please note that at the step for CEI it is not a matter of providing financial offers. Suppliers that apply will potentially be later interviewed based on PU-AMI needs.
