Call for Preferred Supplier Agreements for the provision of vehicle spares and Lubricants

The HALO Trust, registered with the Ministry of Economy under registration No. 14, is the largest mine action organization in Afghanistan. For many years, the organization has been providing humanitarian services for the clearance of mines and unexploded ordnance across the country in direct coordination with the Directorate of Mine Clearance Coordination within the National Disaster Management Authority.

This tender document is prepared in accordance with the applicable laws of the country and the internal policies of The HALO Trust, in particular, the procurement policy and the anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy.

Interested bidders (companies) are requested to study this tender document and submit their sealed bids, containing the company's stamp and signature, to the head office address by the date and time specified on page one of this document.
