Procurement of equipment and furniture for Herat office

Green Civilization Development Organization (GCDO) invites eligible, qualified, and experienced suppliers and service providers to submit their competitive quotations for the supply and installation/delivery of office equipment, furniture, and internet services for its Herat Office in Herat Province, Afghanistan. The procurement is being conducted under GCDO's ongoing Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) Institutional Funding Project, with the objective of strengthening the organization's institutional capacity, improving its administrative and operational infrastructure, and ensuring an appropriate working environment for the effective implementation of organizational activities.

Through this Request for Quotation (RFQ), GCDO intends to procure four (4) computers, office furniture, four (4) office desks, twenty (20) training-room chairs, twenty (20) plastic training-room desks, and one (1) projector.

Interested suppliers are requested to provide detailed quotations specifying product descriptions, brands, models, technical specifications, quantities, unit prices, total prices, delivery timelines, warranty conditions, and any applicable taxes or additional charges.

All supplied goods must be new, unused, of good quality, and fully compliant with the minimum technical specifications outlined in this RFQ. Suppliers are encouraged to offer products that meet or exceed the stated requirements.
