Faradata Social Change and Women Empowerment Organization (FSCWEO) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established on 20 July 2020 in Afghanistan. FSCWEO works to promote social change, empower women and youth, and support vulnerable communities through programs in education, health, WASH, livelihoods, human rights, and humanitarian assistance. With active offices in Kandahar, Herat, Helmand, Farah, Daikundi, Nangarhar and Nimruz, the organization aims to build an Afghanistan where all people—regardless of gender, ethnicity, or religion—live in dignity and equality.

Job Summary

Facilitate the development and growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) within target communities.

Conduct market assessments and value chain analyses to identify viable business and income-generating opportunities.

Provide business development services, coaching, and mentorship to entrepreneurs and enterprise groups.

Support beneficiaries in preparing business plans, business proposals, and enterprise growth strategies.

Deliver training on entrepreneurship, business management, marketing, financial management, and customer service.

Assist entrepreneurs in accessing financial services, grants, savings groups, and microfinance opportunities.

 Facilitate linkages between enterprises, suppliers, buyers, financial institutions, and relevant stakeholders.

Support the establishment and strengthening of producer groups, cooperatives, and business associations.

Monitor enterprise performance and provide technical support to improve productivity and profitability.

Promote market-oriented and sustainable business practices among supported enterprises.

Identify challenges affecting business growth and recommend practical solutions.

 Organize business networking events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and market linkage activities.

 Ensure the inclusion of women, youth, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable groups in enterprise development initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, business performance, and project activities.

Collect, analyze, and report data related to enterprise development outcomes and indicators.

 Coordinate with government departments, private sector actors, and community stakeholders to support local economic development.

Prepare regular progress reports, success stories, case studies, and lessons learned.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and safeguarding standards.

 Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support project objectives

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field

Professional experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise development and market linkage

with regular travel to the Project targeted Districts
