FSCWEO works to promote social change, empower women and youth, and support vulnerable communities through programs in education, health, WASH, livelihoods, human rights, and humanitarian assistance. Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Develop and deliver livelihood and vocational training programs for project beneficiaries.

Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and market opportunities.

 Facilitate practical and theoretical training sessions in income-generating activities.

Prepare training materials, manuals, lesson plans, and participant handouts.

Support beneficiaries in developing business plans and entrepreneurship skills.

 Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees to improve their technical and business capacities.

 Promote financial literacy, savings, budgeting, and small business management practices.

Monitor trainee participation, progress, and performance throughout the training cycle.

Organize demonstrations, field visits, and practical learning activities.

Support the formation and strengthening of producer groups, self-help groups, and community enterprises.

 Coordinate with project staff, local authorities, and private sector actors to enhance livelihood opportunities.

Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and participant databases.

conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes.

 Assist beneficiaries in accessing markets, employment opportunities, and business development services.

Ensure the inclusion of women, youth, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable groups in training activities.

Prepare periodic reports on training activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Follow organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and donor requirements during program implementation.

Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor to support project objectives

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, TVET or related field 

Professional experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training delivery and capacity building

with regular travel to the Project targeted Districts
